RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail by suspending the sentence imposed in C.A.No.60 of 2017 by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Palani, dated 04.01.2018 by confirming the Judgment made in S.T.C.No.27 of 2013 by the Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Palani, dated 19.05.2017 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.R.JEGADEESWARAN, Advocate for the respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Revision petition is listed today (26.06.2018), under the caption "for reporting compliance".
2. Earlier, the petitioner filed Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3161 of 2018, seeking suspension of sentence. This Court by order dated 23.04.2018, granted interim suspension of sentence till 22.06.2018. The operative portion of the order reads as follows:- (i)the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the learned Trial Judge may obtain a copy of their Aadhar Card or Bank Pass Book to ensure their identity.
(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30a.m., until the disposal of the appeal and if he is not able to appear before the Trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C., and shall appear before the Trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the Trial Court.

(iii) On release from the prison, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the credit of C.C.No.60 of 2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court (Fast Track Court), Palani, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and (iv)On such deposit, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court (Fast Track Court), Palani, shall re-deposit the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) in any Nationalised Bank, so that, the amount accrues interest and the same can be disbursed depending upon the outcome of the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.No.241 of 2018.
7.Post on 22.06.2018 'for reporting compliance'.

Today, in compliance of the order of this Court dated 23.04.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the deposit receipt, dated 28.05.2018, for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- [Rupees One lakh only] to the credit of C.C.No.60 of 2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court (Fast Track Court), Palani.
4. Recording the above, interim suspension of sentence already granted to the petitioner is made absolute, till the disposal of the Criminal Revision.
