O R D E R

This application is filed seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to receive the complaint and to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 09.04.2018.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no petition was pending for enquiry or registering the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will make a fresh complaint to the second respondent police.

submitted that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation before the second respondent, the same will be considered and proceed in accordance with law.

5.Considering the above submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to second respondent, if any such complaint is received, the second respondent is directed to enquire on the complaint given by the petitioner and if any cognizable offence is made out, the same shall be registered and proceed in accordance with law.

7.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with above directions.
