The respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned revision petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
