2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 08.02.2024 in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1407 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.23189 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
