This petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur to complete the trial in C.C.No.87 of 2017 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going to the merits of the case, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur is directed to complete the trial and dispose C.C.No.87 of 2017 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
