O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to give police protection by preventing the Respondents 3 & 4 from cutting the trees as Ordered in IA.NO.1808 of 1987 in OS.No.193 of 1981 pending before District Munsif Court Padmanabapuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is an order against the respondents 3 and 4 from cutting the trees standing in the suit property in O.S.No.193/1981, however, the respondents 3 and 4 are attempting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to cut the tress standing in the suit property. Therefore, a representation dated 18.06.2016 has been submitted to the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection thereby forbearing the respondents 3 and 4 from cutting the tress. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

4. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, and to take a decision after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
