PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to carry out necessary rectification with regard to classification of the Petitioner's landed property in Survey No.202/2B measuring an extent of 0.12.0 Ares situated at Balakrishnapuram Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District as Nanja Land instead of Miscellaneous land by considering the proposal sent by third Respondent in Na.Ka.No. 4842/2019/Aa2, dated 09.03.2020 to the second Respondent and for other reliefs.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to carry out necessary rectification by considering the proposal sent by the third respondent on 09.03.2020 to the second respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the proposal that was given by the third respondent is now under the consideration of the second respondent and that orders will be passed within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to pass necessary orders based on the proposal sent by the third respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
