Heard both sides.

2. The petition mentioned temple shall be kept open by the fourth respondent from 6.00 p.m. tomorrow evening till 6.00 a.m. on 09.03.2024. The petitioner is entitled to enter the temple and offer worship like any other devotees. The petitioner cannot claim any other right based on this order. The brother of the fourth respondent states that only the fourth respondent has to officiate as Poojari. It is open to the petitioner to accept the said arrangement. The petitioner as well as the others are strictly restrained from creating any issue. The only right declared in their favour by this Court is that they can offer their worship in the petition mentioned temple. The fifth respondent shall intervene if any complaint is received from the fourth respondent in this regard. 2/4
