O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2025 and to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action on the complaint on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2.According to the petitioner, he is having 5 1/2 acre Coconut farm and vegetable plantation at Milarikadu Village Adirampattiname, Thanjavur. For maintaining the farm, he employed one Selvaraj. The said Selvaraj, used to allow his cattle for grazing the petitioner's farm. When the same was questioned by the petitioner, the said Selvaraj abused him in filthy language and also tried to attack the petitioner. therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 19.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 2/5

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the petitioner sent a complaint and the same was closed, after enquiry. Again he sent the present representation and the same is under consideration, which will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 04.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
