This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to provide relief amount under Rule 12 (4) of the Schedule Castes and the Schedule Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Rules 1995, to the petitioner.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the case has been ended in acquittal by virtue of the judgment, dated 05.07.2017.
