O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the Petitioner's Representation dated 07.01.2026 made in person for the deletion of entry in the Encumbrance Certificate register with regard to the lease deed bearing Document No. 649 of 2006, dated 02.05.2006 registered on the file of the 2nd Respondent in favour of the 3rd Respondent executed by the 4th Respondent by conducting thorough enquiry in the manner known to law within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents 3 and 4, notice to them is dispensed with.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent representation 07.01.2026 seeking to delete the entry in the Encumbrance Certificate register with regard to the lease deed bearing Document No.649 of 2006, dated 02.05.2006 registered on the file of the 2nd Respondent in favour of the 3rd Respondent executed by the 4th Respondent, However, till date the said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with the above said relief.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2026 would be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the parties to the respondents 3 and 4, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
