Respondents/Respondents/Plaintiffs PRAYER:- This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the entire records pertaining to the Fair and decreetal order dated 14.02.2023 passed in I.A.No.907 of 2022 in O.S.No.82 of 2016 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Sathankullam, set aside the same.
For petitioner : Mr.P.Pethu Rajesh
ORDER
There is no merit in this Civil Revision Petition filed by the petitioner, who is the defendant in O.S.No.82 of 2016. In this Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner challenged the impugned fair and decreetal order dated 1/4
14.02.2023, passed in I.A.No.907 of 2022 in O.S.No.82 of 2016 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Sathankullam.
2.The petitioner had filed the above I.A.No.907 of 2022 to send Ex.A3, a Permission Deed to the Hand Writing Expert for signature verification with the admitted signature found in Ex.A2, a Registered Sale Deed dated 27.05.2013. It appears that the said application has been filed at the time of trial. The Trial Court has rightly rejected the application as admittedly the petitioner has not filed a suit for declaring Ex.A2, a Registered Sale Deed dated 27.05.2013 as null and void.
3.Under these circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 07.03.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes/No dss 2/4
