ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 21.07.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, the complaint has been made before the respondent police on 21.07.2017, but no action has been taken to register the complaint of the petitioner so far, hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has filed a report stating that the respondent police enquired the complaint and during the complaint it revealed that both the parties are living together and further the issue is now pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur in D.V.P.No.14 of 2015. Hence, recording the same, the complaint has been closed and advised the parties to seek their remedy before the concerned Court.

4.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the said fact. But this Court is not inclined to go into all these aspects at this stage.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(crl side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is open to him to approach the appropriate forum to seek his remedy.
