O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to complete the enquiry based on the complaint in C.S.R.No.33 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025 as well as representation dated 14.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent is the brother of the petitioner and there is a dispute between them in respect of vacating the property, thereby he lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent police on 06.02.2025 and they have also assigned C.S.R.No.33 of 2025. Thereafter, they have not conducted enquiry, thereby the petitioner sent a representation dated 14.02.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that there is a Page No. 2 of 4

dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent, who is the brother of the petitioner. After receipt of the complaint, they assigned C.S.R.No. 33 of 2025 and the same is under enquiry. They will complete the enquiry and dispose of the same within a week.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the 4th respondent inclined to dispose of the petition by directing the 3rd respondent police to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2025 within a period of one week from the date of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
