ORDER
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents for some time, this writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents submits that earlier a notice dated 10.02.2022 was issued to all the members of the congregation to add and delete the names on or before 24.02.2022. Thereafter, pursuant to a further representation, another notice was issued on 25.02.2022 and the last date was fixed to 07.03.2022. W.P.(MD) No.5303 of 2022 names have been recorded in the draft electoral list. 3.It is the contention of the petitioner that there are more than 800 members and all the names have not been included. In this connection, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 09.03.2022.
4.Considering the fact that the election date has not yet been announced by the respondent Board till date, the respondents are directed to extend the time by another 30 days and to complete the exercise by 1st week of May, 2022. The respondent Board shall complete the election process within a period of 3 months thereafter. No costs.
