ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.11.2017. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police. But no action has been taken in the petition. Therefore the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition before this Court. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during enquiry the pregnancy was naturally aborted, and the said complaint was closed.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has not promptly enquired and does not gone through the available materials. Therefore, the petitioner requested this Court to grant liberty to him to approach the concerned court or authority under the provisions of law.

5.In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty.
