ORDER

The prayer sought for in this petition is to direct the first respondent to complete the Enquiry Proceedings in M.C.No.03/2020/A3 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner filed this petition to challenge the show cause notice issued against him under Section 107 Cr.P.C. The said notice was issued in the month of February, 2020. The period for the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. is only for one year. Now, almost one year has lapsed and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.

3. By recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. .
