ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry based on the false complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint that was entertained in C.S.R.No.325 of 2017 dated 29.11.2017 and that it was closed after enquiry, as the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispute was purely money transaction. It is further submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated and that there is no question of harassment.

4. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
