ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a writ of Mandamus to dispose of his representation, dated 03.01.2025, seeking cancellation of patta issued to the 5th respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, with the consent of learned counsel on either sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2/4

4.The petitioner has admittedly sought for cancellation of patta issued to the 5th respondent by making a representation on 03.01.2025.

5.In view of the above, it would suffice to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the 5th respondent and pass considered orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
