This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to alter the FIR by including the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 120(b), 323, 302, 341 and 385 IPC instead of Sections 341 and 302 IPC, in Crime No.248 of 2017, on the file of the second respondent.
