[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] A perusal of the records shows that the representation given by the petitioner is for one purpose and this writ petition is filed for another purpose. To be more precise, the representation given by the petitioner to the
authorities concerned is to put wooden frame wheels to the chariot. Whereas, this writ petition is filed as if a particular community, to which the petitioner belongs, is prevented from participating in the temple festival. The inconsistency in the relief sought for in the representation given by the petitioner to the authorities concerned and the relief sought for in this writ petition forces the writ petition to be dismissed as devoid of merits.
