This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner on the complaint of the fourth respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent against the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed on the ground that the matter is purely civil in nature. It is submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated and there is no question of any harassment.
