When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the revision petition, the dispute between the parties are amicably settled before Mediation Centre and 1/4

the mediation report has also been filed before this Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The Mediation Report and the settlement arrived in between the parties shall form part of the order. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
