Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner as Anti Poaching Watcher by extending the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.116 Environment and Forests Department dated 25.09.2014 with all consequential benefits by considering the petitioner representation dated 26.09.2020.

*********** By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Anti Poaching Watcher on 01.04.2000. Even after completion of 10 years of service, the petitioner's name is not considered for regularisation of his service. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation dated 26.09.2020, to the respondents. Since, the representation of the petitioner is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2020. 4.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2020, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
