ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.04.2017. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the First Information Report was registered on 15.12.2017 in Crime No.274 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 466, 467 and 408 of Indian Penal Code on the file of the Inspector of Police, Rathapuram. The copy of the First Information Report is also produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also not disputed the said fact.

4.In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
