JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This Criminal Appeal is filed against the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, in S.C.No.3 of 2021 dated 16.09.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent stating that the sole appellant died on 19.04.2015 and he has also produced the death certificate of the appellant to that effect.

3.In view of the above submission, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
