Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner only seeks consideration of his representation dated 18.02.2019 for registration of the petition mentioned award.

3. The second respondent is directed to pass orders on the said representation dated 18.02.2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
