This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the Inspector of Police, Patthamadai Police Station, Tirunelveli District to register the petitioner's complaint dated 05.09.2017 as an F.I.R. And further direct him to proceed with the same in accordance with law.

2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the complaint has been closed after conducting petition enquiry. 3.Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, the CRL.M.P.(MD).No.11635 of 2017 is closed.
