This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaints, dated 19.09.2024 and 17.10.2024.
2.According to the petitioner, he is the aggrieved person, thereby, he lodged a complaint on 19.09.2024 in respect of the properties in S.No. 411/4 situated at Pazhavur Village, Tirunelveli Taluk and thereafter, the petitioner sent the representation dated 17.10.2024 and the same was received by the first respondent and forwarded to the second respondent. But the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 19.09.2024 was enquired and the same was closed in C.S.R.No.712 of 2/5
2024. Since the matter is pertaining to civil dispute pending between the brothers, both the parties were advised to approach the Civil Court for seeking appropriate remedy. Again the petitioner sent the representation dated 17.10.2024, the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week.
4.Since the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.10.2024 is pending before the second respondent, he is directed to complete the enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of one week in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 04.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
