This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 197 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the judgment and decree made in M.C.O.P.No.536 of 2022, dated 15.2.2024, on the file of the Motor Accidents claims Tribunal/Special District Judge, Thanjavur. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.R1 and R2 name printed in the cause list no representation and they have not contested the matter 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
