The writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner's daughters viz., S.P.Aishwarya, S.P.Laksha and S.P.Shriyaa as Hindu Scheduled Caste Pariyan Community, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 12.01.2019 and his wife's representation, dated 29.08.2018.

2. Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would state that the representation of the petitioner was rejected.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law. No costs.
