O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.2.2019, with regard to reinstatement of the petitioner in service.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was appointed as a part time Panchayat Assistant in the third respondent office. While so, he was suspended from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

service without any notice or intimation. Further, neither enquiry was conducted nor the petitioner was reinstated in service. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 13.02.2019 and the same is pending without passing any orders. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court seeking the aforesaid relief. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

5.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2019, with regard to reinstatement of the petitioner in service and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
