This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no. 1 to 2 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's Page No. 1 of 4

complaint dated 01.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint on 01.02.2025 as against one Kumaran and others for the damages caused to the fencing.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the property in S.F.No.235/2A and 235/2B to an extent of 3.5 acres, ancestrally. Already he fenced the property and on 27.07.2024, one Kumaran and others have damaged the fencing stones and thereby he lodged a complaint on 01.02.2025, but the same has not been considered by the respondent police. Hence, this petition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already the petitioner lodged complaints on 30.07.2024 and 02.08.2024, and the same were enquired and closed as civil dispute. Again, the petitioner has filed this complaint with same set of allegations and the same is under enquiry. They will complete the enquiry within one week. Page No. 2 of 4

Since the prayer of the petitioner is to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.02.2025 and the same is under enquiry by the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry in accordance law, within a period of one week from the date of this order.

6. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
