ORDER

The limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner in this writ petition is to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the first respondent within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The only objection raised by the respondents 1 and 2 is that the appeal has been filed before the Joint Registrar, Registration Department, Tirunelveli, who has not been made as a party to the proceedings. However, he had no objection to have this appeal disposed of.

3. Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Joint Registrar, Registration Department, Tirunelveli, before whom the appeal dated 13.10.2018 is pending, to dispose of the appeal within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
