RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for surrender/appear before the Additional Mahila Court(Magistrate Level),Madurai to execute the bail bonds in Crl.OP. (MD).No.3054 of 2021 dated 02.03.2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.MUTHUKUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3054 of 2021, dated 02.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are belonging to same family and they are unable to secure persons to stand as sureties. Hence, the delay is occurred. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the petitioners shall execute a sum of Rs.10,000/- with common surety and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the surety is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. If the petitioners are not complied with the order within the stipulated period, the respondent police shall secure the petitioners.
