RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditionimposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.A.(MD) No.103 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD) NO.4691 of 2019 dated 11/07/2019 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.K.ALAGARSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.4691/2019 in C.A(MD) No.103 of 2019, by order dated 11.07.2019 suspended the sentenced and released the petitioner on bail on various conditions, one of which is that he shall stay in Aarani and report before the Judicial Magistrate, Aarani on all working days at 10.30 a.m. and before the Inspector of Police, Aarani Police Station during the holidays at 11.00 a.m. until further orders. While so, the petitioner filed Crl.M.P.(MD)

No.37/2020 for relaxation of the said conditions, which was dismissed by this Court on 07.01.2020. This is the second application for relaxation.

2. On notice, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said conditions even during the Covid-19 lock-down by reporting to the police Station at Aarani.

3. In view of the above, the aforesaid condition stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month pending disposal of the criminal appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
