O R D E R

This petition has been filed against the order dated 06.06.2015 passed in I.A.No.585 of 2015 in O.S.No.124 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti. 2.Both sides present.

3.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the respondent has vacated the premises in question and the same was demolished by the petitioner and hence, the suit itself has become infrucutous and he has also filed a memo to that effect. 4.Memo recorded.

5.On the basis of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
