ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondents police for the offences punishable under Sections 497 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.Unknown of 2020, on the file of the respondents of police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. The allegation appears to be domestic in nature and also the civil suit in O.S.No.109 of 2009 before the District Munsif Court, Karaikudi, for restitution of conjugal rights is still pending. The first petitioner is required to co-operate for the petition enquiry. Since the second and third petitioners are aged persons and taking treatment in the Apollo Speciality Hospital, their presence for the enquiry by the respondent police is dispensed with for the present.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
