ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaints lodged by the petitioner and the fourth respondent, First Information Report are registered in Crime Numbers 152/2021 and 153/2021, respectively and investigation is underway. He would further contended that the representation, dated 18.03.2021, submitted by the petitioner with the second respondent was registered in CSR.No.204 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to dispose of C.S.R.No.204 of 2021, based on findings and on merits, after giving notice and sufficient opportunity to the respondents 3 to 7, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
