ORDER

The petitioner seeks for expeditious disposal of appeal pending with the second respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner with the consent of learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

4.Admittedly, aggrieved by the order passed by the third respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the second respondent on 31.12.2024. The petitioner merely seeks for early disposal of the said appeal. The petitioner has also given a representation to the 2nd respondent in this regard on 18.02.2025.

5.Considering the above, it would suffice to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 31.12.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner to advance all his contentions and if necessary, after hearing the interested third parties. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of copy of this order. No costs.
