ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.12.2019 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent authority, other than the second respondent to monitor by the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that no FIR has been registered on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 11.02.2019 and transfer of complaint is not permissible.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.4859 of 2020 3.Therefore, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh complaint before the concerned Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
