This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent not to interfere the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the petitioner produced a written submission that the dispute between the parties was settled amicably. Hence, no further action is required on his complaint. Hence, the said complaint was closed. He also produced a copy of the written submission made by the petitioner.

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
