ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil issue between the petitioner and the third respondent and further restraining him to discontinue his illegal, unethical harassment by interfering in the civil dispute as stated supra forthwith.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the complaint preferred by the defacto complainant was enquired and the same was closed, therefore, the present petition is liable to be dismissed. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
