O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 03.05.2017. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a complaint before the respondent police on 03.05.2017. But the respondent police did not take any step to register the complaint of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired and during enquiry, the petitioner requests the respondent police not to take any further action on the complaint lodged by the petitioners, since a case, seeking a direction to take necessary action against the proposed accused persons, is pending before this Court. Hence, the complaint was closed, recording the request of the petitioner. The closure report is also produced before this Court.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent police to enquire the complaint lodged by the petitioner. If the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, then the second respondent police is directed to register the case and if it is not, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent police shall drop further proceedings. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
