This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.259 of 2016 dated 18.09.2016 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent.

The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.259/2016 has been completed and the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and a copy of the closure report has also been served on the de-facto complainant, who has filed a protest application before the concerned Court.
