This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to register the case based upon the complaint presented by the petitioner dated 17.06.2017.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.181 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 420, 341 and 506(i) of IPC, on 20.12.2017.
