ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice) Counsel for petitioner states, without prejudice to petitioner's rights and contentions that respondent No.2 could not have passed the impugned order dated 06.03.2020 as he is not competent to pass such orders in private dispute, petitioner would give up the extent of land and demolish the two steps as mentioned in the impugned order. Counsel states petitioner has taken this decision only for the benefit of all concerned in the village.
