Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 6th respondent to cancel the Gift Deed in Document No.97/2006 dated 13.01.2006 Block No.1, Sub Registrar, District Registrar Office, Tiruchirappalli which was executed in favor of the 5th respondent i.e. The President of a K. Kallikudi Panchayat by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2024 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R6.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned document. Obviously, the petitioner is invoking Section 77A of the Registration Act. The said complaint shall be kept pending by the sixth respondent. The sixth respondent will take a call in the matter based on the decision to be rendered by the Larger Bench on the scope and applicability of Section 77A of the Registration Act.
