ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file charge sheet within a stipulated time limit, in connection with the case in Crime No.473 of 2017.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 08.07.2017, in Crime No.473 of 2017 under Section 379 of I.P.C., however, no final report has been filed so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is in progress and he seeks six months time for filing a final report.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
