O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner states that the First Information Report in Crime No.340 of 2017 was registered by the second respondent police and though the petitioner was neither connected with the said incident nor a party to the occurrence, he was arrayed as an accused and that he is being harassed by the second respondent police. It is further submitted that the second respondent is trying to falsely implicate the petitioner without any reasonable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
cause of issuing any summons to the petitioner.
4. It is the case of the petitioner that unnecessarily the petitioner and his family members are being harassed regularly.
5. It is in these circumstances, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not able to attend the work regularly and that a direction by this Court to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner will be in the interest of justice.
6. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that several criminal cases are pending against the petitioner and that he is an absconding accused in an earlier criminal case that was registered as against the petitioner. He further submitted in Crime No.340 of 2017, the petitioner is an accused and that his name is included on the basis of the confession statement given by the co-accused.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor with regard to pendency of the various criminal cases, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, as there is no bonafides.
